Tom Edmonds interview, 1984 July 2.

Edmonds relates his experiences as a smokejumper from 1966 to 1984. He talks of returning to smokejumping after a tour in Vietnam and the changes that had occurred at the Cave Junction, Or., base. He also speaks of the management problems at Cave Junction, fighting fires in the eastern U.S., and the differences between Oregon and Alaska smokejumping.
